At LBlu Apparel, we carefully prepare and package every order to ensure that your products reach you safely and in excellent condition.
Please review the following information regarding our shipping and delivery process.
1. How Are Items Packaged?
At LBlu Apparel, every order is packed with care.
All domestic orders within India are carefully packaged in tamper-proof courier bags to help protect your order during transit and ensure that your product reaches you in the same condition in which it left our hands.
2. What Are the Shipping Charges?
LBlu Apparel provides free delivery on most products across India.
In certain cases, additional shipping charges may apply depending on the nature, size, weight, or delivery requirements of the product. Any applicable additional shipping charges will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page before you place your order.
Please note that additional shipping charges may also apply if your delivery location falls under a rural, remote, or otherwise non-standard service area, as classified by our courier partners.
3. What Is the Estimated Delivery Time?
As most of our products are handcrafted and made to order, production and preparation require additional time.
The estimated delivery time is:
10 to 15 working days from the date of order confirmation.
We aim to dispatch all orders from our unit within 10 working days, subject to product availability, customisation requirements, and order volume.
Urgent or Time-Bound Orders
If you have an urgent requirement for a specific occasion, such as:
- Birthday
- Wedding
- Festival
- Special event
- Other time-bound occasions

Please provide your expected delivery date. We will do our best to review our production schedule and accommodate your requested timeline, but delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by LBlu Apparel.
4. How Will the Delivery Be Done?
We process domestic deliveries through reputed courier and logistics partners, including:
- Blue Dart
- DTDC
- Delhivery
- Franch Express
If your pincode is not serviceable through our regular courier partners, we may use India Post / Speed Post or another suitable delivery service to ensure that your order can reach you.
If no standard courier service is available for your location, our team may contact you to discuss a suitable alternative delivery arrangement.
5. Do You Deliver Internationally?
Currently, LBlu Apparel delivers only within India.
We do not currently offer international shipping.

6. How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has been dispatched, our courier partner will generate a tracking ID / tracking number for your shipment.
We will share the tracking details with you through:

Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner.
7. Delivery Delays
While we make every reasonable effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Courier or logistics delays
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Strikes or transportation disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Remote or difficult-to-service locations
- Government restrictions
- Unexpected operational circumstances
In such cases, we will work with the relevant courier partner to assist with delivery.
