LBlu Apparel specialises in handcrafted apparel designed for girls aged 2 to 16 years.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, colours, sizes, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, because our products may contain hand-finished and handcrafted elements, minor variations in:

  • Finishing
  • Measurements

may occur.

Such minor variations are an inherent characteristic of handcrafted products and do not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.

4. Orders and Payments

Orders are considered confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received.

We may accept payments through available secure payment methods, which may include:

Since many of our products are handcrafted and made to order, customers are responsible for reviewing their:

before completing payment.

Once an order has been placed, modifications, cancellations, or merging of orders may not be possible and will be subject to our applicable policies.

5. Shipping and Delivery

LBlu Apparel currently ships within India only and does not offer international shipping at this time.

As many of our products are handcrafted and made to order, the estimated delivery period is generally:

10 to 15 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Please provide your required delivery date. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate urgent requirements, but a specific delivery date cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by LBlu Apparel.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving delivery-related issues.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Each LBlu Apparel garment is handcrafted with care and, in many cases, made to order.

Returns are generally not accepted except where required under applicable law or where specifically provided under our applicable Return and Refund Policy.

Size Exchanges

Size exchanges may be available for eligible products subject to the following conditions:

  • The exchange request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The garment must be unused and unwashed.
  • The garment must be in its original condition.
  • All original tags must remain attached.
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging where applicable.
  • Reverse pickup must be available at the customer's location, or the customer may be required to courier the product back to us.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following are not eligible for size exchange:

  • Sale or clearance products
  • Products purchased at discounted prices where exchange restrictions were specified
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products where exchange restrictions were specified
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used

Exchanges are limited to one exchange per order, subject to product availability and applicable policy conditions.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us through:

Once an order has entered production, customisation, or dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded except where required under applicable law or our applicable policies.
